LED Strip Light for Camper Van Installation

I would like to use your Centric Home LED strip light in my camper van. I would be replacing an LED strip light that is connected to a dimmer. Can I use your strip light without adding any other components between the light strip and the 12v LED dimmer I have?

We could easily imagine that some wiring adapters could be required to connect the LED strip light wiring to the power source, depending on the installation.
