How to connect the cut segments of the LED Strips?

I can't find pricing and I am curious how after I would cut a piece of the strip would I get it to light up. I am trying to make a relatively small light box and wouldn't need a lot of the strip. 

We can confirm that the realUV™ LED Strip Lights are designed with barrel-jack connectors at each end, which are designed for power supply connection.

If the cut segments are to be individually powered, we recommend utilizing the LED strip-to-wire product combined with a barrel-jack adapter for connection to the 12V power supply.
