LED Strip Light Connections Guidance

I'm setting up a single strand of single-color strip lights. It's my first time and I'm working through the kinks. I'm using the WF power supply and WF inline dimmer. I understand I need an adapter to connect the DC barrel connector to the wires at the end of the LED strip. Does the power supply or dimmer or strip come with a barrel adapter (PN 7094)? For obvious reasons, I don't really want to buy a 4 pack when I only need 1.

I’m buying a reel of 16 AWG wire to make strip-to-strip connections over distances of multiple feet. I’d like to do this with solderless connections, but PN 3017 is too short. I’d consider buying a pack of PN 3071 and modifying them, but the wires seem hard-wired in. How do I do this?

While our power supplies do not include the Female DC Barrel Jack Plug Adapters, functionally similar items are likely available in single units from your local hardware stores.

As an alternative to the LED Strip to Strip Connectors, you may alternatively be interested in connecting the segments using a combination of the 16 AWG Wire and the LED Strip to Wire Connectors (PN3070) using wire nuts or soldering.
