The following illustration shows the wiring and component configuration used to power low voltage LED strip
lights from a standard wall-plug outlet, with an inline dimmer installed. This is an ideal configuration for both
residential and commercial installations where a dimmable "plug and play" solution is preferred, without the
hassle of behind-the-wall rewiring and electrical work.
In this example layout, we connect Waveform Lighting's power supply unit to a full reel of CENTRIC HOME™/DAYLIGHT™ 95 CRI LED Strip Lights, with the FilmGrade™ Flicker-Free Inline Dimmer in between. Because the LED strip light does not have a corresponding DC barrel jack receptacle, we use the PN 7094 adapter to connect the power supply output to the LED strip wires.
