False Claim of Connectivity
Lights themselves: 5 stars Ability to illuminate florescent items as described : 5 stars Product works as described : 0 stars Ability of Waveform to resolve issue: 0 stars Website makes claim that 2 16ft strands can be connected together for a continuous 32ft strand of lights. After connecting 2nd strip, LEDs experience "voltage drop" and begin blinking. After contacting Waveform about this issue, the representative clarified that while 2 strands CAN be connected together, they CANNOT use the same power supply as the 1 strand (so what's the point of connecting them?). In addition, they do not carry a power supply that supplies enough power (wattage/amperage/voltage) to actually sustain the claim of being able to connect two strands and light them successfully from 1 power source. Representative told me to "search a 3rd party vendor" to find an adequate power supply. Ended up having to purchase a 2nd power supply for 2nd strand and run it independently. They could have at least offered to send me the 2nd power supply complimentary, which they did not. They offered NO solution. Buyer Beware."
