saved from husband's scorn by the diffuser
We just moved into a new house and before we even closed the builder-grade can lights were flickering and it drove me nuts. These don't flicker and that is great. They work with my lutron dimmers. My husband who thought I was ridiculous for spending so much money *on bulbs* immediately noticed the better diffusion as we have one can fairly close to the wall, it splashes on the wall and he likes that diffuse quality quite a bit. He could not notice the flickering before but he is sold on the diffuser part. I can tell the "color" is better but these have a little pink-ish hue. Well, hard to say, really. The soraa gu10 lights in the range hood match the halogen pendants more closely. All definitely better than the old builder bulbs which as they say make everything look dull and dusty. It is not a hyperbole and you don't need to be an artist or aesthete to notice the difference."
