Excellent lights, excellent service
After ordering substandard lights from other companies, I stumbled upon waveform. I purchased 6500k lights for growing microgreens. I used 2 Rows of lights for every rack that grows my 1010 trays of greens. Since installing these lights, I haven’t lost any microgreens. They are a little bright in my kitchen but I taped cardboard on my racks to shield my eyes. The customer service is the best I have found. After I contacted them with a faulty light, they immediately sent a replacement. I had a faulty light with a different company and never heard back from them. The other company I worked with, the owner seemed annoyed by all my questions. This company answered all my questions with kindness and respect. What I also love about these lights is that when you daisy chain them, the light is continuous. The only improvements I’d like to see is longer cords and the daisy chain connector to not be installed on each light. I’d like the ability to always have the on/off switch facing me. A master on/off switch would also come in handy for those long strings of daisy chained lights. None of these are deal breakers for me because over time, I plan to purchase more lights to replace the substandard ones I had purchased before these. You get what you pay for. These lights are worth the cost!"
