Not quite perfect.
Purchased only for the "strobe free" flicker free claim. Two use cases they are not. 1) Using in the same outlet as a laser printer will flicker the lamp as the printer warms up the fuser. An incandescent just dims with the printer warm up. 2) Use in a rare design motion sensor that steels current going through the lamp: it will flick on/off quickly. The motion sensor design may be acting like a dimmer with the current stealing."
