terrible packaging practices
Just received my replacement set of fixtures, the first set had various defects and damage due partly to a complete lack of any protective material around the products, ie bubble wrap or similar to protect against impacts and vibration, which resulted in damage during transport. Now I specifically asked that the replacement be sent with what amounts to probably not even 20 cent worth of bubble wrap ( on a 65 USD shipping tab), but no can do, the replacements where sent exactly in the same manner as the first order, with no protection whatsoever. Conclusion, their shipping department doesn't give a damn about transport damage, I remember a time a few years back when their products where wrapped in bubble wrap, no questions asked, then came paper bubble wrap, still ok, and now nothing, just the products in a cardboard box, tumbling around a thousand times during shipping, and we're supposed to just accept those even though they are an electrical fire hazard. I will edit my review if Waveform takes some measures to make this right, as this is a shame for a company that makes the best bulbs in the world."
