Can you mix the ColorSpace RGB to get different colors?

We like to purchase strip lights for our church altar background wall, but I have a few questions. Can you mix the Colorspace RGB to get different colors? Do you need the DMX mixer to get different colors or not necessarily? And finally, is Colorspace RGB strip light good for our application?

We can confirm that a DMX mixer is typically utilized for adjusting the output of each channel of the ColorSpace™ RGB Color Changing LED Strip Lights

Some of our customers have found success with pairing our FilmGrade™ DMX LED Dimmer & Decoder with 5 Channel Output with the third-party American DJ myDMX 3.0 DMX Controller and Software, though we have not performed internal compatibility testing with this item as of yet.

In the event that having access to both the tungsten and daylight color temperatures is a benefit for your church altar background wall, you may alternatively be interested in the FilmGrade™ FiveSpect 5-in-1 LED Strip Lights. This item can also be paired with the above DMX Controller and the DMX Dimmer and Decoder products.
